About the Role:
Are you passionate about revolutionising HR systems through cutting-edge technology? Are you an HRIT Developer with a knack for leveraging Talend’s powerful data integration and management capabilities? Looking for your next role to get your teeth stuck into? Here at GXO, we have an exciting opportunity for an HRIT Developer to join our team in Northampton on a full-time, 18-month fixed term contract basis. We’re looking for someone to showcase their skills and make a significant impact to our business. Our HRIT team are responsible for maintaining and developing the HR and Payroll infrastructure of integrations of which you will play a key part. Our next HRIT Developer will be integral to the accurate monitoring of performance of integrations as well as the development and amendments on integrations in line with business and project needs.
Pay, Benefits, and More:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £75,000 per annum, plus a company car or cash car allowance. In addition, we offer 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What You’ll Do on a Typical Day:
- Monitor all integrations associated with Talend, including escalation of issues for resolution
- Maintenance of calendars within Talend
- Production Server Patching Validation
- Maintenance of email distribution lists in Talend
- Development of new integrations and amendment to existing integrations
- Re-Process failed files and jobs
- Support and advise on project scoping for integration development
What You Need to Succeed at GXO:
- You’ll need to be a true Talend subject matter expert
- Proven experience in development in relation to middleware
- Meticulous attention to detail
