Job Summary
Scottsdale Community College is hiring a Federal Work Study (FWS) - Dance Program Assistant.
Must be a Scottsdale Community College student registered for 6 or more credit hours and received financial aid eligibility.
This position will helps maintain costume stock, video stock and video recording applications. Maintains mailing lists, call boards, laundry and company calendars. Performs basic clerical and production functions such as mail processing, filing, video recording and duplication and relieves other staff in assigned area. Aids in production week events and set up.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be a Scottsdale Community College student registered for 6 or more credit hours and received financial aid eligibility.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of the dance field and dance production
- Experience using Adobe products including Final Cut Pro, In Design and Photoshop
- Experience in using the following equipment: DVD player, stereo, lighting boards, instruments, washing machine and dryer
- Experience in using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to organize, pay attention to details
- Follow oral and written instructions
- Meet deadlines
- Communicate effectively
- Establish cooperative working relationships
