Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Temporary Digital Marketing Associate to join our team for a full-time, temporary assignment. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in upgrading websites for our multifamily housing communities. This temporary position requires proficiency in web design principles, excellent communication skills to collaborate with property managers, and the ability to incorporate advertising points for each property into the digital marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Website Upgrades: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement design changes and updates to websites for multifamily housing communities. Ensure that the websites are visually appealing, user-friendly, and in line with the brand’s guidelines.
• Web Design and Best Practices: Apply your knowledge of web design principles and best practices to enhance the overall user experience and improve website functionality.
• Content Integration: Work closely with property managers to gather essential advertising points for each property and incorporate them effectively into the website content.
• Communication: Maintain regular communication with property managers to understand their specific requirements and address any inquiries promptly.
• Digital Marketing Strategy: Assist in developing digital marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the needs of each multifamily housing community.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor website performance using analytics tools, provide insightful reports on key performance indicators, and identify opportunities for optimization.
• SEO Optimization: Collaborate with the SEO team to implement on-page SEO best practices and ensure websites rank higher in search engine results.
• Other Duties: Take on additional tasks as assigned by the marketing team to support overall marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Web Design Skills: Proficiency in web design principles, including HTML, CSS, and responsive design, to effectively upgrade and maintain websites.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with property managers and convey marketing messages effectively.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies, including SEO, content marketing, and social media marketing.
• Time Management: Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Temporary Availability: Available for full-time work during the duration of the temporary assignment.
