Content Creator and Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

• Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for social media platforms.
• Create ideas of design maintaining a defined style of the company.
• Assisting the creative team with the design of content created ideas/concepts.
• Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with the brand history and plans.
• Work with team members to get and understand of the short term and long term marketing targets and develop content strategies accordingly.
• Conducting research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and then contextualizing your findings.
• Monitoring social media and company website metrics.
• Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers.
• Ensure that the content is compliant with the copyright and data protection laws.
• Schedule post developed by design team.
• Social platforms community management (Answer questions, messages, and comments).
• Develop and analyze reports of social platforms (monthly).

Requirements:

• Education is not required for this job. We prefer that you have knowledge on social media content creation and social media management.
• Experience creating strong, engaging content.
• A portfolio of applicable outputs.
• Demonstrated excellence in writing and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented work style.
• Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
• Ability to maintain consistency in their content writing.
• Must have own computer and internet.
• Job will be remote and candidate must live in Puerto Rico and have a computer with strong Internet access.
