Job DescriptionWe are a growing start-up company looking for a freelance Content Creator. Looking for someone to help us create compelling & tasteful video content on an ongoing basis. Must be located in Austin, TX, comfortable with being on camera, and capable of picking up products to shoot for content.

Qualifications

• Are a passionate consumer of social: you know who’s doing it best
• Are proficient in creating FOR social media (you know specs, native features, best practices, etc.
• Obsessed with Instagram & TikTok - you already spend a lot of time watching and consuming content
• Experienced in shooting iPhone videos and editing short-form content for Instagram & TikTok
• Experienced and natural being on camera for content like Reels and TikTok
• social media experience growing an Instagram & TikTok account (through engagement and followers)
• Are an insight-miner; someone who loves looking at data points to understand what flopped, what worked, and how to improve content next time
• Can navigate creating content with little to no budget
• Understand social media is a 24/7 environment and are ready to jump on an opportunity that makes sense for the brand at any time
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Located in Austin, TX with reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm inventive content ideas and topics that drive engagement and social AND biz KPIs across an assortment of brand priorities, like events, deliveries, and products
• Develop, plan, and execute social media assets across all mediums across all of our active channels
• You’ll rock & roll creating against viral trends as they come and go, AS WELL AS developing our own
• Report on your own work and use data and insights to drive the generation of ALL content & creative strategy
• Able to work non-standard hours when necessary, anticipating potential opportunities and workflow shifts to support go
• Are great at juggling multiple projects and to-do’s at once!
