At Dental A Team, we understand the power of a strong first impression. We’re on the lookout for a talented Part-Time Social Media Specialist who can translate our vision into visually stunning designs and compelling narratives. As a key member of our team, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing our follower base, engaging on social media, and driving engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive exponential growth in our social media followers
  • Support in crafting visually stunning graphics that convey compelling stories and resonate with our target audience.
  • Manage and curate our social media presence, creating and posting engaging content across various platforms.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all touch points and build a positive brand identity.
  • Support the marketing team to create impactful PowerPoint presentations, email campaigns, newsletters, and event materials.
  • Analyze social media metrics to make data-driven decisions and optimize content performance.
  • Manage all our social media presence which includes driving content, graphics and engagement on the following platforms: Facebook pages & groups, Instagram, TikTok, Discord & More!
  • Uphold a positive attitude, working both independently and collaboratively to overcome obstacles and deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills, enabling you to manage multiple projects independently.
  • A keen eye for design and the ability to generate original, visually compelling content.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precise alignment, sizing, and formatting.
  • Proficiency in design software and a dedication to staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Exceptional time management skills for efficient multitasking and meeting deadlines.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas and collaborate seamlessly.
  • Adaptability to tailor strategies based on platform requirements and audience preferences.
  • Analytical thinking to derive insights from social media metrics and enhance content strategies.
  • A self-motivated and solutions-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of both independent and collaborative success.

Technical Proficiencies:

  • Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel), G-Suite (Google Drive)
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva
  • Kajabi website development, Hootsuite, Hubspot, ClickUp
  • PowerPoint presentations, graphics creation
  • Strong writing and graphic design skills
