Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to understand design needs and objectives.
• Create compelling visual content for a range of platforms, in digital and print media.
• Design marketing materials such as; menus, brochures, presentations, banners, flyers, foamex boards, signage, wall graphics, and packaging.
• Print management - liaise with printers, installers or suppliers to meet brief and deadlines.
• Develop graphics for social media, website, and email campaigns to drive engagement.
• Film and edit training videos and create video content.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all materials.
• Creating tenders and presentations for the sales team to win opportunities.
• Create branding for new sites and concepts.
• Update website and Microsites (WIX).
• Formatting of Excel or Word documents.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing deadlines and priorities effectively.
• Update shared files on SharePoint.

Candidates will:

• Be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
• Microsoft 365 - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Understanding front end website design and social media.
• Have the technical ability to edit video.
• Have an eye for detail and an enthusiasm to always bring something to the table.
• Have an understanding of the latest industry trends.
• Have the ability to adapt to different and changing design concepts.
• Have the ability to work autonomously.
• Previous in-house or freelance graphic design experience is advantageous.
• Have an interest in all things foodie!

This role can be remote-working, but will entail travel to our Sites based in the South East of England.
