Client: Yardi Systems, Inc.
Location: Albany, NY
Contract: Part-time, Contract
Responsibilities:
- Take exterior property photographs of Apartments, Office, and Self-Storage properties
- Complete 1 assignment of 38 properties within approximately 2 weeks
- Take 15-20 unedited photos per property
- Upload photos via Dropbox
- Photograph 2-3 properties per hour
Requirements:
- Digital camera
- High-speed Internet for assignments and uploads
- Reliable transportation
- Some photo experience

- Does Yardi get permission from the owner to photograph the property?
- No, it is not logistically realistic and usually not necessary. Photographing a property from public access is legal.
Pay:
The total pay for all 38 properties should be: $556.00-$646.00
