Contract: Full Time, Freelance

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in design speciality in bag or accessories design.
• Strong creative skills.
• Knowledge of Bag: Strong understanding of bag design, materials, manufacturing processes, and industry trends. (Materials like Ratan, Ate, Straw, and Woven bags) would be a plus.
• Highly interested in bags especially in traditional bag (Indonesian culture) e.g: Handcraft and Woven bags.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Can work flexible hours.

Job Description:

• Brainstorming and develop creative concept for bag design that align with our brand.
• Must be detail-oriented to ensure that their designs are accurately translated into production.
• In-depth understanding of fashion trends, materials, and design principles, as well as familiarity with historical and cultural influences on accessories/bags.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) tools for creating sketches, renderings, and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with artisan and internal teams to generate the designs ideas and concept.
