Contract: Contractor, Part Time
Duties:
- Collaborate with the Music Director, worship leader and Pastor to create a musical worship experience.
- Attend rehearsals and provide musical accompaniment during performances.
- Learn and interpret musical scores and cues.
- Play instruments or sing as needed.
- Assist in selecting appropriate music.
- Coordinate with sound technicians to ensure proper amplification and balance of music.
- Maintain your instruments and equipment in good working condition.
- Proficiency in playing one or more musical instruments, such as piano, guitar, violin, trumpet, and or drums.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a band and church staff.
- Good communication skills to effectively convey musical ideas and cues.
