Rapido House Buyers - Property Photographer
Rapido House Buyers is looking for a reliable person to take interior and exterior photos and videos of properties and upload the files to Google Drive. Real estate background is welcomed. This will be an on-call position. Pay is $50 per property.
Requirements:
- Must own/have a digital camera with at least 8.0 megapixels.
- Must be familiar with Google Drive.
- Must be flexible, available on an on-call basis.
- Real estate background is preferred but not required.
- Photography experience is a plus!
Property Photography Guide
All photos and videos should be taken in landscape format (horizontal orientation). Your task is to provide clear shots/clips of the following:
Exterior
For each property, there should be a total of 4-6 exterior photos and a video included.
- Front view of the property
- Left and right of the subject property
- Street view: street where the property is located
Interior
A photo of each room in the house and a video included.
Payment
Pay is $50 per property through Venmo, PayPal or Zelle.
