Location: Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines

Contract: Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Design and Animation
• Designing and creating engaging motion graphics for various media such as online platforms, videos, and promotional materials.
• Transforming creative concepts into dynamic animations that effectively communicate the brand message.
• Completion and Review
• Meeting project deadlines and delivering final designs within the agreed-upon timeframe.
• Adjusting and revising animations as recommended by clients or team members in the final stages of the design process.
• Collaboration and Communication
• Collaborating effectively with other creative team members and clients to achieve the desired end product.
• Communicating design progress to appropriate team members and clients in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Technical Skills
• Demonstrable experience in motion design and graphic design.
• Proficiency in design software, such as the Adobe Creative Suite, including, but not limited to, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• A strong portfolio that highlights your ability to work with a variety of design styles and techniques.
• Soft Skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a clear ability to articulate design decisions.
• A high degree of flexibility and the ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• A strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Mentality
• A creative mindset complemented by a strong visual aesthetic.
• A problem-solving attitude, with a keen ability to create compelling visual stories.
• Self-starter mentality, capable of working independently, but also able to work effectively as part of a collective team.
