Your role and responsibilities

As a Freelance Video Editor in our Creative Team, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand and engages our piano music loving users.

Your tasks will include:

• Create amazing video ads together with our creative team with a focus on editing and post production
• Edit content for social media in a style that feels both native to the platform as well as on-brand
• Design and edit new piano courses together with our team
• Support the UX design team to create highest quality videos for all parts of the app experience

Requirements

• You have proven work experience as a Video Editor
• You are highly motivated and always striving to learn new things
• You have a solid understanding of social media and know how to edit content that fits into the current landscape
• You know how to edit educational content that is both fun to watch and easy to understand
• You can do basic color grading and audio mixing
• You are proficient in video editing software, particularly Motion and Final Cut (with your own license)
• You have additional skills in one or more of the following areas: photo editing, sound production, color grading, motion design, on-set experience (camera, light)
• You have strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to give and receive feedback
• You have a basic understanding of music theory and piano music
• You speak fluent English, German is a plus
• You are based in Berlin
