Job Title: Freelance Producer

Location: Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the producer in all aspects of production from planning to managing budgets, managing crew, equipment, and timelines.
• Involvement at every stage of the filmmaking process, from development, pre-production, production, and post-production.
• Creating and managing production budgets, monitoring payments, invoices, purchase orders, and reconciliation.
• Manage project scheduling and timelines.
• Involved in client/agency communications and logistics, meeting invites and materials, responding to client/agency queries, etc.
• Managing shoot logistics - call sheets, equipment hire, filming licenses, hotels and travel itinerary, visas and permits, ensuring relevant production paperwork is in place.
• Overseeing booking of production crews, directors, castings, voice-over artists, translators, and composers, supplier contracts and licensing.
• Overseeing production documentation, monitoring quality and completeness of production assets.
• Managing crew, kit, and supplier lists, proactively growing our network of external production resources.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in production at an advertising agency or production company with oversight responsibilities for multiple projects.
• Have a thorough understanding of production processes.
• Be dynamic and highly self-motivated.
• Boast a strong interest in the commercial advertising industry.
• Have a strong network of production resources in Singapore and the region.
• Display outstanding planning, organization, and admin skills.
• Ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and thrive in a team environment.
• Management of Production Assistants and third party departments.
• Experience in overseeing production and post-production.
• Be experienced at creating and managing budgets.
• Understand the relevant health and safety procedures.
• Experience organizing and obtaining relevant permits for filming.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Must have strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to put together production schedules and have great time management.
