YOUR MISSION

• Efficent working in a collaborative environment - working closely with Art Directors, Creative Planners, and Marketing Managers, as well as working independently with minimal design guidance on layouts and final deliverables.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and internal production standards related to mechanical build and file management.
• Maintain high standards of design and typography.
• Follow production schedules to ensure tasks are being completed on time.
• Provide production expertise and troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in status meetings and production discussion sessions.

YOUR TALENT

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or relevant field of study.
• Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in brand design.
• Fluent in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
• Exceptional ability to see projects through all phases of implementation.
• Strong typography skills, understanding of color theory and printing process a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Process-oriented self-starter.
