Contract: Part Time

Duties:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos
• Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all social media platforms
• Analyze social media data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing

Experience:

• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management
• Strong proofreading and editing skills
• Proficiency in video editing and photography
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and strategies
• Excellent research skills to stay informed about industry trends and competitors
• Knowledge of web analytics tools to track and measure social media performance

This is a flexible position with the ability to do most work from home. A weekly in-person meeting will be required to review results and plan new campaigns.
