Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize social media channels with a focus on brand awareness and lead generation, including the creation of short-form videos.
• Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that includes blogs, articles, and video content.
• Oversee geo-fenced advertising campaigns targeting high-end clients in specific geographic locales.
• Secure advertising opportunities in selective high-end real estate magazines.
• Produce engaging short-form videos for social media platforms, highlighting our services, case studies, and client testimonials.
• Generate regular performance reports, adapt strategies based on ROI and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the high-end/luxury space.
• Proven skills in video production, including shooting and editing.
• Proficiency in geo-fenced advertising and SEO.
• Exceptional written and communication skills.
• Experience in real estate or design industry is a plus.

Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
