UX Researcher

Jefferson City, MO

Primary contractor representative needs be onsite 75% per week. The client is looking to procure consulting services to help them define their UX efforts for the initial launch of their Citizen Portal - specifically focused to help with Certifications & Renewals for Educators this fall. No out-of-state travel is required on the part of the vendor for completion of this project. ServiceNow platform will be used to host the Citizen Portal.

• Develop and provide a project plan to the Project Manager
• Attend in-person Kickoff Meeting
• Observe users and how they use the current experience to inform portal experience
• Identify friction points based off user research and create new UX screen designs
• Document recommendations for suggested UX team size and level of complexity
• Create, design and build portal pages in cooperation with OpEx, EA, and other resources
• Lead UX Maturity meetings/exercises with OpEx and EA which includes plans/roadmap to mature UX Design and UX Research practices
• Create a UX roadmap for the Portal pages and UX Maturity plans
• Document roadmap that identifies the features and functionality
