Graphic Designer Need Summary

We are currently seeking innovative and dedicated Graphic Designers as part of our extended partner community and within our internal ranks. We are interested in building long-term relationships with both cross-functional designers as well as specialists in specific disciplines including presentation development, branding, user experience (UX), website design, and product design, among others.

You will collaborate with other designers and account leaders to create effective and eye-catching images and campaigns to support client projects. Your duties may include developing graphics for print and/or digital platforms that enhance our content and convey an accurate message.

Our portfolio includes projects over a cross-section of design mediums including graphic, web, UX and product design. We’d like to hear from you if you have a portfolio of successful campaigns in one, or more, specific disciplines and are proficient with today’s standard design tooling.

Graphic Designer Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design team on project concepts
• Determine voice and messaging for graphic design pieces
• Develop product illustrations, logos, and other graphics as needed
• Advise on best practices and optimizations throughout design projects
• Develop comprehensive design systems based on initial mockups
• Select colors, font, images, and layout
• Create visuals that convey accurate messaging as dictated by the project
• Present designs to stakeholders and applicable teams
• Implement feedback and changes when appropriate
• QA designs for errors
• Communicate final design to relevant teams for development

Graphic Designer Requirements and Qualifications

• Requisite experience or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, design or a related field
• Portfolio of extensive designs used in successful marketing campaigns
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch/Figma, and presentation tooling.
• Exceptional creativity and innovation
• Strong sense of typography
• Experience with both print and digital media
• Attention to detail
• Time management and organizational skills
