About the Position
Exciting chiropractic office is seeking to hire an energetic, dynamic personality to fill the position of Social Media/Marketing Tech Chiropractic Assistant. This practice was recently formed, combining two busy practices from the Treasure Valley. Supporting a fast-paced practice, the Marketing Chiropractic Assistant will be responsible for ensuring a high level of social media engagement and marketing presence working closely with the Marketing Director. This position will also cross-train to assist with tech CA duties such as new patient intake and xrays.
Main Duties
- Working closely with the Marketing Director to plan and schedule social media posts
- Planning and coordinating marketing events
- Attending and assisting Marketing Director with external marketing events
- Assisting with patient xrays and intake
Secondary Duties
- Taking phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Performing data entry tasks
Requirements/Skills
- High School Education or greater
- Highly organized and excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
- Commitment to healthcare and wellness
- Previous medical or chiropractic office experience is a plus!
- Previous marketing and social media experience is a plus!
- High energy, optimism, professional demeanor, empathy and good listening skills required – we will train you in the details!
This position will be approximately 30-35 hours per week and will include some early evenings. Hourly rate DOE.

Other Responsibilities
- Conduct research to stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices
- Monitor social media platforms for mentions of the company and engage with followers
- Create and curate engaging content for social media channels
- Collaborate with the marketing director to develop and execute social media campaigns
- Manage social media accounts and schedule posts using social media management tools
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns
- Assist in the creation of visual content, including photography
- Proofread and edit social media content to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and customers through social media
Skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Canva)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
