Organisation Description:

Correalle Companies owns and manages three main brands: PIVOT Work Spaces, Waverly Works & Bauen Innovations. PIVOT/Waverly are involved in property management/coworking/office space rentals and Bauen Innovations is a 3D Printing Company involved in and offering a variety of 3D printing services.

Job Description:

We are looking for someone to work alongside our team and assist in managing the social media platforms we already have established with engaging, relevant content and build out new platforms that we are not on yet (Each business is on certain platforms currently and not on others). We are a small, growing business with a diverse and spread-out work force (many of our positions are filled by contractors 100% remote).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Conduct research and social listening to identify trends, topics, and opportunities for content creation
  • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including written posts, graphics, photography, and videos
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with the online community
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms and implementing successful social media strategies
  • Strong understanding of different social media channels and their respective best practices
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and proofreading abilities
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools to create visually appealing content
  • Basic knowledge of web design principles and e-commerce platforms
  • Familiarity with photography techniques for capturing high-quality visuals
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
