Overview
We are seeking to hire a professional to assist our team to create real estate flyers and marketing packages that feature properties for lease or for sale.
Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing marketing flyer’s that adhere to brand guidelines/standards.
- Incorporate market data such as nearby retailers, maps, demographics, traffic counts, etc.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and execute creative concepts.
Experience
- Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role.
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc…
- A portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different mediums.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
- Ability to create maps highlighting points of interest.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Salary
$30-$60 Market rate based on experience
