Highland Experience is a 5* guided tour company, based in Edinburgh. We offer tours throughout Scotland on our fleet of mini and midi coaches. Our goal is to make 2024 our best year yet and we are building our core team to help us continue and grow our successes of 2023.
About You:
This is an exciting opportunity to take on an interesting and challenging role at a Scottish tour company. It would suit a friendly, creative, detail-focused and hard-working person, driven by an interest in people and travel within Scotland. Your goal is to build upon our strong social media presence to continue to develop our brand.
You’ll have at least two years of experience in a similar or transferable role and a passion for writing creative content. You’ll be highly organised, have an interest in travel and be capable of building strong working relationships with colleagues and customers.
Duties:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company’s website and social media platforms
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends in the industry
- Create engaging and compelling content for digital platforms, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless user experience across all digital channels
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media (Facebook, Instagram & TikTok), email marketing, and content marketing
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Mailchimp
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas for digital campaigns
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Salary: From ÂŁ11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
