Primary Focus:

Primary focus will be on our thought leadership program, which includes 10 executives with LinkedIn and/or X profiles. Working closely with internal content, design, marketing, and compliance teams, as well as external agency partners, your goal is to execute exceptional social media strategies and content aligned with business priorities. In this dynamic role, you will create various forms of social media and digital content, including short- and long-form copy, video/image concepts, on a daily basis across multiple platforms and thought leader accounts.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

• Draft short-form and long-form LinkedIn posts and tweets for thought leaders (3 to 6 posts per week).
• Create organic and paid post copy (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) to promote/reshare thought leader content (3 to 6 posts per week).
• Conceptualize social assets (images, infographics, animations, videos, etc.) in partnership with the creative team.
• Suggest engagements for thought leaders (5 to 8 engagements monthly).
• Support project management, content approvals, and thought leader calendars.
• Collaborate with Compliance to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Maintain monthly analytics reports for thought leaders.
• Monitor peer executives’ social presence and report on unique content and trends.

Work Experience/Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in social media and digital content creation and campaign management.
• Interest or experience in financial services is a plus.
• Passion for social content and creative assets.
• Strong writing, editing, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep knowledge of social media and digital trends.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple posts and accounts daily.
• Enthusiastic self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products.

Salary:

$44.00 - $47.00 per hour
