This is a contract remote role for a Producer. The Producer will manage From Our Mind to Yours’s crowdfunding projects from ideation to execution. They will oversee campaign strategies and budgets, develop promotional materials, engage with the community, and monitor performance metrics throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate closely with the Director, Writers, and creative team to ensure the crowdfunding project’s vision aligns with our artistic objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing and campaign teams to integrate influencer marketing into the crowdfunding strategy.
• Identify potential social media influencers who align with the crowdfunding campaign’s goals and target audience.
• Evaluate influencers based on their content quality, engagement metrics, reach, and relevance to the campaign.
• Work closely with influencers to brainstorm and co-create engaging and authentic campaign content.
• Maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring their satisfaction and continued involvement in future campaigns.
• Provide guidance and support to both talent and crew, cultivating a collaborative and efficient working environment.
• Identify potential crowdfunding investors and establish and nurture relationships to secure additional funding for the film.
• Present the project’s value proposition and potential returns to crowdfunding investors, effectively conveying its artistic and financial merits.
• Devise and implement crowdfunding investor relations strategies, handling inquiries, offering updates, and fostering trust in the project.
• Collaborate with legal and financial experts to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, advertising, or a related field (OR: equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience Crowdfunding in the entertainment industry, with a successful track record of delivering high-quality projects.
• 2-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, entertainment production, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Previous experience with successful influencer collaborations and crowdfunding campaigns is highly valued.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• A passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of current trends and audience preferences.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation:

The selected candidate will receive compensation in the form of equity in the project, a day rate for any applicable time on-set, in addition to development and/or finders’ fees as applicable.
