Job Description

30 hours per week for a 3-6 month contract. Target Compensation: $11k-$14k per month.

Responsibilities

• Originate, research, manage, and coordinate production deliverables for distribution.
• Ideate and book talent and partners for Julie content needs, in line with marketing and campaign goals. Lead production contract negotiations—managing internal and project budgets, and working with legal to structure and close deals.
• Lead and manage multiple creative projects from inception to completion, collaborating with creative leadership, stakeholders, and freelancers. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage schedules from brief through final delivery, assign tasks to team members, review progress, and ensure revisions are implemented as needed. Act as the main point of contact for all aspects of production projects. Manage daily operations of the meetings, creative reviews, project check-ins, and project resourcing.
• Work with external agencies/partners from inception to completion to execute creative deliverables.
• Track and measure projects on cost estimates, timing, production, schedules, and pre/post-production briefs.
• Support and contribute to the production of activations, linear, graphic, digital and social content.
• Work closely with key partners, including Creative, Production, and Content teams, to understand seasonal projects and brand narratives. Align on content strategies and initiatives to meet KPIs.
• Provide timely and concise communication to keep everyone informed on project pipelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience at a startup, media company, agency, or equivalent in a Producer role.
• Specific experience producing a high volume of short form video.
• Established network of creatives and freelancers that you can tap for various production needs.
• Knowledgeable in all phases of video production, digital video formats, video editing software, social & streaming platforms, and distribution specifications.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with a roll-up-your sleeves, all-hands-on-deck working style.
• Highly organized with an ability to be flexible and think in an unexpected way.
• High EQ and excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders’ inputs, opinions, and decision-making style.
