Role Description

This is a contract, on-site Cinematographer role located in UK. The Cinematographer should be experienced in capturing and editing visuals for film and television productions. The candidate should also have an excellent eye for detail, be able to work under tight deadlines, and be able to collaborate effectively with other creative professionals. Experienced in docu-Drama/nature filming.

Qualifications

• Experience with cinematography techniques, lighting and camera setup, and post-production editing software
• Ability to operate a variety of camera equipment, including HD/4K/6K cameras, shooting in multiple frame rates, formats
• Knowledge of storytelling and narrative techniques in media, as well as familiarity with film and television production workflow
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Ability to work well under tight deadlines, pay close attention to details, and be willing to collaborate with other creative professionals
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Cinematography, Film Studies, or a related field is required
• At least 3 years of prior experience in a similar role is required
• Experience with different genres of film and television production, including documentaries and short-form content, is a plus
• A strong portfolio of previous work is required to be presented at the interview
