Job Description:

Videographer and editor for AC property sourcing. A property investment and sourcing company. I run a successful property sourcing and development company in the North East and I am looking to work with a videographer and editor to create short and long form content for our social media.

Responsibilities:

• Create 30 pieces of content to be used across multiple channels each month
• Film 1-2 days a month in person
• Manage and grow social media
• Edit and distribute content across social channels
• Create content plans for shoot days

Requirements:

• Interest in the property market with basic knowledge
• Good level of experience in videography, editing, and social media management
• Own equipment
• Ability to stay up-to-date with trends and what works in the space
• Ability to edit content for different platforms

Additional Information:

The role will require 1-2 days of in-person filming per month, with the possibility of additional filming as needed. Transport will be provided. The rest of the work will be done remotely. The candidate should have an entrepreneurial or independent focus. The company’s main sales funnel is finding and sourcing projects for investors.
