Responsibilities:

• One of our main areas of design and print is the Off-Road Motorsports graphics, so a general knowledge of motorcycles is a plus.
• Working knowledge (some knowledge but not necessarily expert) in Adobe Creative Suite CS5 or Creative cloud. Specifically Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Some on-the-job training will be provided.
• Familiar with design terminology and file formats such as .eps, .pdf, .ai, and the difference between rasterized and vectorized images.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute design concepts for various marketing materials specifically for the Off road Motosports community.
• Create visually appealing layouts for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and website elements.
• Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and edit graphics and illustrations.
• Assist with photo retouching and image editing as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Production Artist or similar role.
• Either an interest, background or personal involvement in the off road or MX environment.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of layout design principles and typography.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) for website maintenance.
• Experience with motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
