TopHands (by Tour Collective) is a production company that provides stagehands and event labor to artists, production managers, event managers, or any company needing to staff their live event.

Job Description

You may work an event for one of country music’s biggest nights.

Or help set up the sound and lights for a local concert.

Or you may be asked to assist with the load-in and load-out of that local concert.

Whatever job you do with TopHands, you’ll experience a fun and supportive work environment where each member of your team is working together to accomplish something great.

And we’ll pay you as a contract laborer within 5 business days after the event is finished.

So there’s no long term commitment - meaning you can keep your regular job and choose to work with us when it’s right for you.
