2D Designer & Artworker (6 months fixed term) Salary up to £45K salary+ benefits London-based, hybrid working The Agency We are working with an award-winning London-based events agency that connects businesses with their audiences via exceptional virtual face-to-face events worldwide. Their extensive client base represents the world’s best-known brands. They deliver a broad variety of event formats from exhibitions for 16,000+ delegates to private dinners designed to facilitate the conversations that matter. The Role We’re looking for a mid-weight 2D graphic designer and artworker to join our client’s events and marketing team who’s eager to contribute to all parts of the design process, from research, strategy and concepts through to implementation. It’s a collaborative role with their other designers and the wider events team to deliver authentic, imaginative designs that transform spaces and content into impactful brand experiences. The role will be on an initial 6-month… term, with a view to possibly extend or become permanent. Responsibilities • Being an active contributor across the full scope of the event design process: from research to idea conception, to design development and artworking. This could be for both live events and pitch work. • Delivering innovative, fun and well-executed design work that pushes boundaries within our client’s brand guidelines and allows you to flex your creative skills. • Day-to-day management of workload across a broad range of projects and deadlines. • Building strong relationships within the wider team through regular and clear communication and a collaborative approach to work. Requirements • Graphic Design BA (Hons) or equivalent experience. • Confident using Adobe CC suite with digital design knowledge. • Ability or experience in designing concepts for a variety of applications (digital, print, physical venue branding including large-scale) • Enthusiasm with an eagerness and willingness to learn. • Detail-oriented, with good commercial awareness and understanding. • Self-motivated and organised. You can help frame timelines, respect deadlines, pre-empt issues and know when to ask for advice. • Skilled at working both independently and as a team player, bringing a positive can-do attitude to all aspects of the role. • Flexible and willing to react quickly to changing demands of the business Interested?
