About the Role
The Campaigns Manager will join two other Campaign Managers, for the Together Initiative. It is a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced campaigns and communications professional to develop and lead high-impact campaigns for the Together coalition.
- Firstly, The Big Help Out in 2024, a day where millions of people get out to volunteer,
- Secondly, Thank You Day, our annual celebration of social connection. Both take place in Q2 2024.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop impactful campaigns and communications for the Together Coalition and work with partner organisations across the coalition to deliver the core moments and activations therein
- Build strong ongoing strategic relationships with CEOs and other key stakeholders in the coalition
- Coordinate the campaign activation groups, i.e. liaising with the convener and member organisations in facilitating regular meetings, supporting the build of impactful proposals and their tactical delivery.
- Leading campaign-specific media work: including drafting press releases, briefing celebrities, etc.
- Support the Monitoring and Evaluation reporting on campaigns; preparing campaign activity reports for the wider team regularly
- Act as an ambassador on behalf of Together Initiative, creating opportunities to enhance external profile and reputation amongst key audiences.
- Participate in work-related events and perform support-related activities as required.
- Build constructive working relationships and liaise closely with the campaign teams of partner organisations, providing proactive advice and support where required.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in delivering high-quality campaigns
- Experience working on media campaigns
- Ability to draft and build engaging, high-quality communications
- Experience in complex stakeholder and broad portfolio management, with proven confidence in multitasking and prioritising workloads with agility to adapt to competing demands.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in forging successful partnerships at all levels, with demonstrable experience in building and maintaining these relationships to achieve tangible outcomes.
- Motivated and collaborative team worker with the ability to flex to the needs of the organisation at short notice and work across the team to deliver results.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently effectively to deadlines, meet targets and achieve demonstrable results.
- Strong commitment to the vision and values of the organisation.

- Strong strategic communications, MailChimp design, and copywriting skills
Location:
Remote/Flexible, but must be able to travel to London regularly for meetings and events
Period:
December 2023 - July 2024
Flexible hours:
min 3 days a week, up to full-time
Salary:
£18,000.00-£30,000.00 per year (DOE)
