Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and creation of logos and visual assets for various clients
• Collaborate with the Senior Designers to understand client requirements and translate them into design concepts
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends and competitor analysis to inform the design process
• Support the design team in the execution of design projects, including branding, packaging, and marketing collateral
• Help maintain a consistent brand identity across all design deliverables
• Ensure all design work is completed accurately and meets client specifications
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to design concepts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency or design firm
• Excellent knowledge of design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of design principles and ability to apply them in practice
• Proficient in typography, layout, and color theory
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality assurance
