Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites, ensuring a seamless user experience
• Create and implement motion graphics to enhance website aesthetics and engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools such as UXPin and Axure
• Optimize websites for search engines and implement digital marketing strategies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design
• Ensure website accessibility and compatibility across different browsers and devices
• Collaborate with developers to ensure efficient implementation of designs
• Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
• Strong proficiency in UX principles and practices
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of typography, layout design, and color theory
• Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Sketch
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint)
• Understanding of SEO principles and best practices
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
