Roles & Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Agency’s business teams to elicit citizen/business needs through humancentric, visual methods and develop the appropriate business case
• Plan, design and facilitate workshops
• Creation of low fi wireframes / mockups
• Collect, analyse, synthesize and draw insights and conclusions from user research, workshop output and other data points to formulate hypothesis and recommendations
• Work with fellow employees and the Agency’s project teams to develop user stories, functional/technical specifications and acceptance criteria

Job Requirements:

• UI/UX Prototyping tools such as Figma
• Digital whiteboarding tools such as Miro
• Stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, usability testing, UI/UX prototyping skills
• Handson work… experience of more than 1 year on User Experience / Design Thinking / Service Design / Process Redesign projects with development of artefacts such as Service Blueprint, Customer Insights and Future State Design. Also possessed experience in facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, usability testing, envisioning flows, and delivering wireframes / mockups.

Working Days:

• 5-day work week (Mon to Fri)

Working Hours:

• TBC

Contract Period:

• ~6months (TBC/Maternity Cover)

Salary:

• $6,000 to $11,000/month (depending on experience and qualification)
