About us

Xylobands are wristbands that contain light-emitting diodesand radio frequency receivers. The lights inside the wristband are controlled by DMX and and are fully RGB.

Duties

• Set up and operate lighting equipment for various events, performances, or productions
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to determine lighting needs and create appropriate lighting designs
• Hang and focus lights according to the design plan
• Program and operate lighting consoles to control the intensity, color, and movement of lights
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to lighting equipment during rehearsals or performances
• Maintain and repair lighting equipment as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in lighting design

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lighting Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of lighting techniques, equipment, and safety protocols
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs
• Familiarity with photography principles and techniques
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe After Effects and Adobe Illustrator
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on production schedules

Job Type: Freelance

Salary: From £200.00 per day
