Position Overview:

We’re seeking motivated individuals with a passion for photography to join our team as Real Estate Media Contractors. As a 1099 contractor, you’ll have the opportunity to control your schedule, work with a supportive team, and be an integral part of a company on the rise.

Compensation:

Pay is based off of the amount of completed shoots. Average pay per shoot is $162, and we’ve had 52 shoots in 2023 ($8,424). We are expecting 100 completed shoots for 2024 ($16,200)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct real estate photography sessions, including interior, exterior, and drone shots.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure high-quality media production.
• Manage and organize your schedule efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in photography, particularly in real estate media.
• Own reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Requirements:

• Steady current job with a desire to earn side income.
• Already possess a “Part 107” drone license or be willing to attain one.
• Have own photography equipment or are willing to purchase within the first 6 months.
• Availability to transition to full-time (4-10 hours/week) within the next year.
