Job Description
Actors’ Shakespeare Project is looking for a lighting designer for its upcoming production of August Wilson’s “King Hedley II,” performing at Hibernian Hall early next year. Summer Williams is directing.

Requirements
- Professional experience designing lighting for theatrical productions
- Proficiency drafting in Vectorworks and generating paperwork in Lightwright
- Proficiency programming on at ETC Ion (EOS)

Actors’ Shakespeare Project was founded in 2004 and is an award-winning mid-sized professional non-profit theatre and creative youth development organization. ASP has a resident acting company, an itinerant performance model (producing between 3-5 productions per year), and robust education and community programs in and around Boston. ASP is a member of Actor’s Equity Association’s New England Area Theatres Agreement and partners closely with the Department of Youth Services and Boston Public Schools in our education work. ASP’s offices and rehearsal studios are based in Charlestown at the Charlestown Working Theatre.
