Job Description:

The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. They will create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, monitor trends and opportunities for engagement, respond to comments and inquiries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency. They will also analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance and recommendations for improvement. The Specialist will stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
• Experience with SEO, E-commerce, and online advertising campaigns
• Strong research skills to identify target audience preferences and trends
• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator for graphic design
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Basic video editing skills
• Familiarity with web analytics tools
• Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas

Additional Information:

Experience in stigmatise management is a plus.
