Job Description
As part of the UX/UI Team, the role involves enhancing user satisfaction when interacting with the company’s products. This includes designing functional and appealing features that address client needs and ensuring the products are aligned with the company brand.
Main Responsibilities
- Work with product teams to discover, analyze, and understand user needs using UX methodologies.
- Transform UX requirements from different product teams into design deliverables.
- Maintain consistency across products and solutions by following guidelines as part of the central Design Team.
- Use and grow the Design System according to specific product needs.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and collaborate with stakeholders to illustrate design ideas using various methods such as storyboards and process flows.
- Provide feasible design deliverables, including concept maps, flow charts, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Assist developers in implementing designs and making quick fixes if needed.
- Review implemented designs and measure and track user satisfaction using UX methodologies and tools.
- Raise UI/UX issues and improvements in the backlog of each product team.
- Encourage colleagues to collaborate and refine the product design process according to UX best practices.
- Occasionally support Marketing and HR teams with design assets.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of agile/scrum development process.
- Studies, master’s degree, or similar in UX/UI Design.
- Ability to work independently and as an active member of a team with support from experienced designers.
- Demonstrated experience using Figma or other wireframing tools, storyboards, and user flows.
- Understanding of UX design best practices for designing solutions across multiple platforms (desktop, tablet, phone, etc.).
- Understanding of the latest UI/UX design and technology trends and their role in a commercial environment.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
Nice To Have
- Experience working with design systems.
- Experience designing advanced interaction and micro-animations.
