Job Description:

As a graphic designer, your primary role is to develop captivating visual graphics, including social media content, thumbnails, PDFs, and product images. These designs must align with our brand and effectively captivate people’s attention.

Brand guidelines and examples, whenever possible, will be provided to help stay consistent with our existing look and feel. So, in some cases, you will be given a template or previous example to work from and emulate.

However, in many cases (especially with Facebook ad images) your role will involve generating visually compelling graphics from concept to completion, designed to captivate audiences and drive conversions.

Therefore, having a very strong visual eye and an exceptional ability to craft stunning designs from your imagination is crucial for this position.

Additional design opportunities may arise for those producing outstanding work that is consistently delivered on or before deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing graphics for various digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
• Create Facebook ad/social media images that are on brand and stop people in their tracks.
• Utilize brand guidelines and provided examples or templates to maintain our established aesthetic.
• Turn google docs and drawings into captivating PDF documents and fillable PDF worksheets.
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
• Interpret complex ideas and concepts, translating them into clear, compelling visuals.

Requirements:

• English 1st language
• Several years experience in graphic design
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented, with the ability to spot errors and typos
• Enjoy running a similar process over and over and happy to take on new tasks
• Can deal with pressure and work well under tight deadlines
• Very well organized
• Working knowledge of Slack, Dropbox, and Google Drive
• Very good understanding of direct response design/layout
