Job Description

A Phoenix-based real estate research firm is seeking photographers in or willing to travel around the greater Indianapolis, IN metropolitan and surrounding areas to take basic exterior property photographs. The assignment will last approximately 1 week and involves photographing around 12 multifamily (apartment)/self storage/office properties. The work is not intended for professional photographers but some photo experience is required.

Requirements

• Must have a digital camera
• Must have high-speed internet for assignments and uploads
• Must have reliable transportation
• Photographers must be 18 or older
• Must be local to the greater Indianapolis, IN area
• Must have a valid driver’s license, current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
• Preferably live in the greater Bloomington, IN or surrounding area

Additional Information

• Location: Indianapolis, IN and surrounding areas
• Compensation: $15 per property
• This is a contract job
