Digital Marketer is needed in Lakeland, United States.

Client: Detroit Tigers

Location: Lakeland, United States

Contract: Part Time

Job Description:

The Marketing & Social Media Assistant will work with the Director of Marketing and the Lakeland Sales and Service staff to implement and align Marketing and Social Media strategies to help drive revenue and engage fans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Marketing and Sales Team to implement all team and partnership elements into digital strategy and local activation
  • Assist Marketing and Sales Team to create branded content opportunities to help drive revenue
  • Work to align all social media plans and e-mail correspondence with marketing & merchandise efforts
  • Maintain and update Lakeland Flying Tigers website including developing content
  • Game-day responsibilities including, but not limited to, tarp duties, airport transportation and mascot appearances

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education & experience also considered
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication and graphic design skills
  • Strong functional knowledge of social media platforms, principals, best practices, and the desire to apply that knowledge in a professional environment

Working Conditions:

Office & Outdoor Stadium Environment

Irregular and extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
