Job Description

As a Sr. Experience Designer, you’ll work in a multidisciplinary team to deliver best-in-class, human-centered products and services. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Arranging interactions into screens, flows, and touch-points
• Identifying commonalities and new product opportunities
• Designing improvements to the Human Centered Design framework
• Creating and iterating interactive prototypes
• Designing new standards and patterns
• Collaborating with developers, marketing, and product stakeholders
• Communicating design decisions and representing all touch-points
• Engaging with multidisciplinary teams and leading workshops
• Analyzing failures and identifying solutions
• Identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX or equivalent
• Experience in agency or corporate environments
• Solid skills in wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and data visualization
• Ability to explain design ideas and interpret research findings
• Experience with complex business challenges and working in fast-paced environments
• Understanding of Information Architecture, taxonomy, and content matrixes
• A design related degree or relevant experience
• Familiarity with lean and agile methodologies
• Basic front-end development integration knowledge
• Strong presentation and communication skills
