Job Description

We are looking for a freelance graphic and web designer with UX/UI experience. The ideal candidate aligns with our core values and possesses a broad skillset in both graphic design and UX/UI. Responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. The candidate will also be responsible for creating original graphic designs and conducting layout adjustments based on user feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of design projects
• Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, etc.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills
• BS in Graphic Design, UX/UI, Web Development, or relevant field preferred

Working Conditions

• This position is a freelance role
• Hours and length of the project will vary from 10 to 20 hours per week for 4 to 6 months
• Position will require long hours sitting/standing and using office equipment and computers
• May require multiple hours of intense concentration and attention to detail
• There are numerous deadlines associated with this role which may cause stress

Additional Information

• Job Type: Contract
• Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
• Compensation package: 1099 contract
