Job Description:

The main responsibilities of this role include:

• Attending scheduled rehearsals and recordings
• Providing creative input for worship services, programs, and creative projects
• Providing instrument accompaniment not limited to one specific instrument
• Assisting with writing, rehearsing, performing, and recording original content
• Attending all meetings and church functions as directed
• Creating instrumental tracks as needed, in line with the style, sound, and vision of the church
• Mixing and editing overdubs
• Referencing culturally modern and traditional songs and sampling all genres of music
• Assisting with creating, mixing, editing, and arranging stems
• Assisting with operating audio, video, and lighting consoles

Requirements:

The following qualifications and skills are required for this role:

• Prior experience in music production and performance
• Proficiency in playing multiple musical instruments
• Creative mindset with the ability to provide innovative ideas
• Good understanding of various music genres, both modern and traditional
• Basic knowledge of audio, video, and lighting systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements and schedules
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
