Job Description:

Project Overview: The Philadelphia Cultural Fund (PCF) is seeking a partner to redesign and refresh our current website at www.philaculturalfund.org The selected professional will create, test, and launch a new organization website.

Project Goals:

• Modernize and optimize online presence (website overhaul)
• Strengthen brand’s visual identity
• Create a website with well-integrated features tailored to PCF’s needs
• Train PCF staff on website platform/establish maintenance plan

Scope of Work: The selected professional will redesign PCF’s current website, creating an engaging digital experience that is user-friendly, intuitive, and visually appealing.

• Research on website platform (i.e. Squarespace, Word Press, Wix, etc)
• Transfer information from previous website into new website
• Build website design that is user-friendly, intuitive, well-integrated, and enhances the brand’s visual identity

Requirements:

• Resume and/or portfolio showcasing work with an emphasis on web design/redesign
• Proposed approach; including your work plan, describing how you will implement the design and development process

Additional Information:

Salary: This is a part-time position with a minimum salary/hourly rate of $15,000.00 and a maximum salary/hourly rate of $15,000.00.

• January 8-19, 2024: Review
• January 22 - February 2, 2024: Interviews
• February 12, 2024: Selection announced/Onboard
• August 5th, 2024: Project Completion
