Job Description:

We are looking for an organized and creative professional to be our Graphic Designer. In this role, you will play an integral part in the collaborative culture of teamwork within our Marketing department and with team members throughout all our centers. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of design principles, who is comfortable with technology, and picks up on new software’s quickly.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of design principles and their application.
• Experience with Adobe Suite products (Photoshop and Illustrator).
• Project management and organizational skills.
• A portfolio that shows former design experience.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Detail-oriented in work style and design creation.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive communication style.
• Open to and proactive in receiving feedback.

Other Information:

• Starting Pay: $25/Hour
• Full Time/Part Time: Part Time, Hourly

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design graphics utilizing a design guide for on-site and advertising use.
• Edit photos for marketing material and our website.
• Design unique graphics for both digital use and print.
• Manage design items from initial request to completed design and distribution.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create new ideas for content creation.

Nice to Have:

• Video motion graphics experience.
• Experience with Figma.
• Understanding of Human Centered Design/Interest in UX/IX Design.
• Video editing or animation experience.
