Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Back End Website Developer to join our team. As a Back End Website Developer at Miniature Massive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the back end of websites for our clients. Your expertise in WordPress development will be instrumental in creating functional and visually appealing websites that align with our clients’ needs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design and development team to translate client requirements into technical specifications and implement them effectively.
• Develop custom plugins, themes, and templates in WordPress to enhance website functionality and user experience.
• Optimize website performance by integrating caching mechanisms and optimizing database queries.
• Ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components, including third-party integrations and APIs.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve any issues or bugs.
• Stay updated with the latest web development trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously improve the development process.
• Provide technical support and maintenance for existing websites as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Back End Website Developer or similar role.
• Expertise in WordPress development, including custom plugin and theme development.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of database management and optimization.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Skills (Preferred but not required):
