Job Description:

This is an on-site role located at Paya Lebar Square, next to the MRT. The job opening is available for Singaporeans and residents with rights to work in Singapore only. Part-time or contract basis is also available.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and refine creative and marketing materials to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and business goals.
• Collaborate with freelancers to create compelling websites and digital assets that effectively target the desired customer base.
• Work across departments to generate cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.
• Oversee the company’s online presence, including website content and social media platforms, ensuring they are engaging and pertinent.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new marketing tools and industry trends.

Initial Structured Phase (Onboarding Period):

• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the company’s brand guidelines and creative processes.
• Participate in the production and upkeep of marketing materials, maintaining conformity with established standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams on content for printed collateral, online advertising spots, website content, blogs, and social media accounts, ensuring consistency and excellence.
• Engage in training to understand the foundational elements of the company’s marketing and creative strategies.
• Assist in the management of creative and marketing projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic aims whilst adhering to timelines and budgets.

Post-Probation Innovative Phase:

• Assume a pivotal role in the innovation and rejuvenation of the company’s marketing materials, including websites and digital assets.
• Lead creative projects that challenge conventional marketing methods, whilst upholding the company’s fundamental values.
• Present marketing and creative concepts at weekly Work-in-Progress (WIP) meetings.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, integrating avant-garde ideas into the company’s marketing strategies.
• Play a creative part in the company’s long-term strategic planning, focusing on expansion and market influence.
